Don't worry, your money is safe. First open My Plugins (signed in with the same email you paid with) and refresh after 2 to 5 minutes: keys are created automatically, even if you closed the page right after paying. If it still isn't there, send us your Payment ID (starts with pay_, it is in the Razorpay SMS/email) using Contact support or WhatsApp, and we will fix it quickly. If an order was not confirmed, the bank or Razorpay returns the money automatically in 5 to 7 working days.

Everything Razorpay supports: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets. Checkout is secure and handled by Razorpay.

In the Razorpay confirmation SMS/email, in your purchase receipt email from VENOM STUDIOS, and in Shop > My Purchases. It starts with pay_.

Send both Payment IDs to us through Contact support or WhatsApp. A duplicate payment for the same item is refunded in full, including any payment fee.

If an online payment fee applies, it is shown clearly at checkout before you pay, together with the price and the total. You never pay anything you didn't see first.

Yes. A receipt is emailed from contact@venomstudios.in right after payment. For plugins it also lists your product key(s). Check Spam/Promotions if you don't see it.

Plugins and the bundle need a free Artist account, because your lifetime keys are saved to it and work on any device. Creating one takes a minute from Artist Login.

Tap + Add to Cart on any plugin, the bundle or a sample pack, then open the cart icon at the top of the Shop and pay for everything in one payment. Your cart is saved to your account, so it is there on your phone and computer.

Every plugin gets its own lifetime product key. Buy 4 plugins, get 4 keys. All of them appear in My Plugins and in your receipt email. Download each installer there and activate each plugin with its own key (each key works on up to 3 of your computers).

No. There are no quantities: each product can be bought once per account, and that one purchase is yours for life. If you already own something, the cart shows it as Already yours and does not charge you for it.

The bundle is one product with one price, so you pay the normal bundle price. Your existing key keeps working, and you get keys for all the other plugins in the bundle. If a plugin from the bundle is also in your cart, it is marked Included in bundle and not charged twice.

If you leave items in your cart while signed in, we send a few friendly reminders (at most 5, spread over about 3 weeks). Every email has a Stop cart reminder emails link, and they stop by themselves once you buy or empty your cart.

Right now the plugins are VST3 for Windows 10/11 (64-bit). Mac versions are not available yet.

Any DAW that loads VST3 plugins on Windows: FL Studio, Ableton Live, Cubase, Studio One, Reaper, Bitwig and others.

1) Sign in at My Plugins and download the installer. 2) Run the setup. 3) Rescan plugins in your DAW (FL Studio: Options > Manage plugins > Find more plugins). 4) Open the plugin, paste your product key and press ACTIVATE ONLINE.

A plugin is silent until it is activated on that computer. Open the plugin window, paste your key from My Plugins and press ACTIVATE ONLINE (or ACTIVATE OFFLINE). Also check the plugin's Bypass and Mix controls.

Rescan your plugins. The installer puts the VST3 in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3; make sure your DAW scans that folder. Restart the DAW after installing.

No. One-time purchase, lifetime licence. No monthly or yearly charges, ever.

Yes, free lifetime updates. When a new version comes out, download it again from My Plugins, install it over the old one, and keep using the same key.

One key activates up to 3 of your own computers. You can free a computer any time from the plugin menu or from My Plugins, then use that slot on another computer.

Free the old computer in My Plugins (Activated computers), then install and activate on the new one with the same key.

In the plugin press ACTIVATE OFFLINE and copy the Computer Code. On any device with internet open Offline Activation (or Shop > Already Purchased), paste the code and copy the Activation Code back into the plugin.

In My Plugins (signed in with the email you bought with), and in your receipt email. Keys look like VENOM-NAME-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Please don't. The key is personal. The installer alone doesn't work without a key, and a shared key can be blocked. Your friend can buy their own at offer prices in the Shop.

Yes. Use them in any music you make, including commercial releases, for clients, on Spotify/YouTube. No extra fees or credits needed.

Offer prices are for a limited time. Anything you already bought is never affected: your licence and free updates stay yours for life.

Open Shop > My Purchases while signed in and press Download. Without signing in, use Already Purchased? in the Shop with your Payment ID and email.

Links are valid for 10 minutes for security. Just get a fresh one from My Purchases (sample packs) or My Plugins (installers).

Digital products (plugins, sample packs, courses) can't be refunded once delivered, because they can't be taken back. You are refunded if you were charged but never got access and we can't fix it, or if you were charged twice. Full details: Refund & Cancellation.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) and usually arrive in 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Tap Artist Login on the home page and sign up with your email. Confirm your email from the message we send, then sign in. New accounts also get a free 3-day DEE AI Pro pass.

On the Artist Login window tap Forgot Password?, enter your email and follow the link we send. Check Spam if you don't see it.

Purchases and keys are linked to the account email. Contact us with your Payment ID and both emails and we will move them to your account.

Pro: ₹10 for 1 hour. Premium: ₹100 for 12 hours (also brings back recently expired images). New accounts get a free 3-day Pro pass. Passes start as soon as the payment is confirmed.
