By using this website or buying from VENOM STUDIOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

VENOM STUDIOS is a music production studio run by Dee Ven in New Delhi, India. We offer custom beat production, mixing and mastering, full music production, and courses and digital products.

2. What is sold on this website

Sample packs (for example MIDI files, WAV loops, kicks, drums and melodies) and courses can be bought directly on this website. Custom beats, mixing and mastering, and full music production are not bought on the website. These services are arranged with us directly (for example on WhatsApp), and payment for them is arranged and confirmed separately.

3. Services and pricing

• Prices and package details are confirmed with you before you pay, on the website or in writing (for example on WhatsApp). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated.
• Work starts after payment, or the agreed advance, is received and we have the files and details we need.
• Delivery time depends on the service and is confirmed with you. Dates are estimates unless agreed in writing.

4. Payments

• Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successful.
• If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with your payment reference. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery

Digital items and finished work are delivered online: through your artist dashboard, by email, or by a download or message link. Make sure the contact details you give us are correct.

6. What you must provide

• You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every recording, sample, lyric and file you send us.
• Send clean files in the format we ask for. Poor-quality source files can limit the final result.

7. Revisions

The number of revisions depends on the package you bought and is confirmed before you pay. Extra revisions or new requests may be charged separately.

8. Ownership and licensing

• Rights in beats, courses and digital products depend on the licence or package you buy, and are confirmed in writing. Unless we say otherwise, buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.
• Sample packs: you may use the sounds in your own songs and beats, including commercial releases, unless the pack says otherwise. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the sample files themselves, on their own or inside another sample pack, loop kit or sound library.
• You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute courses, VSTs or other digital products.
• We may show non-confidential parts of finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Accounts

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused or shared.

10. Results and liability

We work to a professional standard, but we cannot promise streams, sales, placements or any particular commercial result. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

11. DEE AI

DEE AI is an automated assistant. Its answers are for general help only and may be wrong. Prices, availability and terms confirmed by us directly are the ones that apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
