MUSIC PRODUCTION

Choose the production level that fits your song. Message us on WhatsApp to get started.

What is music production?

Music production builds a song around your idea—from creating the beat and arranging sections to shaping the sound and preparing the final record.

Which plan should I choose?

  • Basic: custom beat, standard arrangement and basic mix preparation.
  • Pro: complete production, arrangement, vocal editing and professional mixing/mastering.
  • Premium: detailed production, advanced sound design, vocal layers, stems and extra versions.

Already have your beat?

If your instrumental and vocals are ready and you mainly need them balanced and polished, choose Mixing & Mastering.

*Revisions apply to the agreed creative direction. Major changes to the original concept may incur additional charges.

MIXING & MASTERING

For songs you've already recorded. Choose your plan based on the number of stems and the processing required.

What is mixing?

Mixing blends vocals, ad-libs, backing vocals and instrumental so they sit together clearly with the right balance, space and effects.

What is mastering?

Mastering is the final polish on a completed mix, helping prepare it for release with controlled loudness and tonal balance.

What are stems?

Stems are the separate exported audio tracks of your song. Export them from the same start point so they line up correctly.

Which plan?

  • Basic: one instrumental WAV and up to 5 vocal stems.
  • Pro: up to 30 stems with manual pitch correction.
  • Premium: up to 45+ stems and advanced vocal processing.
What files should I send?
  • Basic: one beat/instrumental WAV plus up to 5 vocal stems.
  • Pro: up to 30 stems. Premium: up to 45+ stems.
  • Export every stem from the same starting point, name files clearly, and include a reference song if you have one.
  • Need help exporting? Message us on WhatsApp.
HOW TO RELEASE YOUR FIRST SONG (tap to open the full guide)

A first release should teach you the whole process without using up the time, money and energy you need for your second song. Nobody can promise streams or playlist placements, so plan for steady releases, not one big launch.

1. Decide what you actually need

  • You already have a recorded song (beat + vocals): you need Mixing & Mastering. Pick the plan by how many stems your song has and how much vocal work it needs (Basic is for a single beat WAV plus up to 5 vocal stems, Pro is up to 30 stems with manual pitch correction, Premium is 45+ stems with advanced vocal processing).
  • You only have an idea, or you need a beat: you need Beat Making & Music Production. Basic is the starter plan, Pro adds full production, arrangement, mixing & mastering and vocal editing, and Premium is the most detailed option.
  • The biggest plan is not automatically the right one. Choose the plan that covers what your song truly needs, and keep the rest of your budget for releasing and for your next track.
  • Not sure? Message on WhatsApp or Instagram before choosing. Custom discounts are available on all plans.

2. Split your budget before you spend

  • Divide money and time into three parts: making the song, releasing it (distributor, artwork), and promoting it.
  • Keep a reserve for your next song. If the first release uses everything, the second one never happens.
  • Do not spend all your promotion money on one track. A small, repeatable amount works better than one expensive launch followed by silence.

3. Prepare your files

  • Final WAV master (or whatever format your distributor asks for).
  • Cover artwork: square, high resolution, and within the platform and distributor rules.
  • Exact artist name (spell it the same everywhere), song title, and accurate songwriter and producer credits.
  • Make sure you own, or have permission for, every beat, sample and recording in the song.

4. Choose a distributor

A distributor delivers your song to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and other stores. DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby and RouteNote are examples to compare. None is the best for everyone. Check each one's official pricing page and compare:

  • Fees: pay per release or per year, and what happens if you stop paying.
  • Royalty terms: how much you keep.
  • Payout rules: minimum amounts, how often you are paid, and withdrawal costs.
  • YouTube Content ID options and any extra cost.
  • Takedown or removal fees, and other ongoing costs.
  • Support quality and which stores are included.

Prices and rules change, so verify them directly before you pay.

5. Upload and pick a release date

  • Upload well before release day. More lead time gives you room for review and for pitching.
  • Check your distributor's current delivery estimate and do not promise a date to anyone until it is confirmed.
  • Check the preview of title, artist name, credits and artwork before you submit.

6. Claim your artist profiles

  • Make sure the song appears under the correct artist profile on each platform.
  • Claim Spotify for Artists, and look into YouTube's Official Artist Channel if you are eligible. Platforms set their own eligibility rules and can change them.

7. Promote in a way you can keep up

  • Make a few short videos from the same song (teasers, behind the scenes, a lyric or a studio clip) instead of posting everything at once.
  • Share a pre-save or smart link if your distributor offers one.
  • Post a release-day announcement, then share one or two follow-ups.
  • Keep the schedule small enough to repeat for your next song.

8. Start the next song

  • Begin writing or producing the next track while the first is still releasing.
  • Keep reusing your artwork and video templates to save time and money.
  • After release, note what worked (which clips, which platforms) and use it next time.
  • One song rarely makes an artist overnight. Regular releases and learning from each one is what builds an audience.

Quick checklist

  • Song finished and final WAV master ready
  • Artwork and credits checked
  • Distributor chosen after comparing terms
  • Release date set with enough lead time
  • Artist profiles claimed or checked
  • Simple promo plan and a reserve for song two
